Zohamah - Spread My Ashes [REVIEW]

A mysterious one man band from Israel here.

Spread My Ashes is the project's first full-length, brought to us by Redefining Darkness.

It's a short album - seven tracks, clocking in at under thirty minutes. There's nothing wrong with being concise, though.

Zohamah is a word from the Kabbalah that apparently translates to 'darkness' or 'pollution', which is certainly apt.

The release is probably best-described as atmospheric, depressive sludgy blackened death-doom.

An interesting offering, from a somewhat unusual part of the world for such music.
